“We cannot forget the stories of individuals who are no longer with us.”
Ukasha Senyondo
2004 –
2009
He was my first son and was a big baby weighing 5 kg. Being our first child, everyone was super happy. He grew normally, but at the age of 3 he started falling sick with severe infections. At 4 years old, half of his lungs were removed. One evening he was turning and tossing in bed. After checking his temperature, it was high, we rushed him to the hospital and the doctors did not see anything after testing him and released him to return home. The boy was getting weak and at 3 pm the boy passed on in my sister’s arms. Lucky Babirye, Ukasha’s mother.
